Hi,

I'm interested in your freeforums, however, I had a bad experience with one some years ago. After spending much energy and time in establishing my forum, the host crashed and there was no backup. Everything was lost from the forum. Furthermore, I was not allowed by the host to make my own backup of the forum. So my question is this: can I download the content of my forum in an easy to upload format should I would to move my forum or there is some loss of data by the host?
